A DAY AT THE DUNES

April 5th we loaded up, kids and all, and headed to the Sand Dunes for the day. We went with the Johnson's, the Nixon clan, and Jer's bro Jason.

It started out as a race up Eureka canyon and the races continued throughout the day. (If you ask Jer, nothing has, or ever will, beat the Hemi or the RM. )

Burgers and hot dogs were on the menu for lunch but we forgot to pack the grill. Thanks to Jonathan we didn't go hungry. Who knew you could cook hamburgers on a shovel?



The kids had a blast digging in the dirt all day. We practically had to hose them off when we got home.
